General Banking Course
The General Banking course is an introduction course designed for new joiners with a bank as well as all parties who render services to banks such as external accountants and business consultants, who need to become familiair with the services of a bank.
This two-day course gives a thorough overview of relevant aspects of commercial banking such as lending and payment services, as well as financial markets instruments, such as foreign exchange.
The course comes with an e-learning tool for each topic basket including theory and quizes, extra questions and a trial-exam to prepare the participants for the TFMA exam.
