ACI Operations Certificate

his four days training course prepares the candidates thoroughly for the exam ACI Operations Certificate. The training gives a good overview of the role of the Financial Markets department of a bank and of the basic tools used by this department. The training also discusses the role of the various sub-departments within Financial Markets and describes the business processes associated with trading financial instruments. The training is ideally suited for employees in all support departments such as back-office and mid-office, IT, compliance, internal audit and operational risk. The training includes an e-learning with, among other things, more than 500 practice questions. The participants can use the e-learning to start the training well prepared and to prepare for the exam.

The examen is provided by the ACI. Re-exams can be taken as many times as needed. Candidates who passed the exam are allowed to use the title OC on their business card.
